New goat owner, sorta of

So where do I begin....I guess last year, My daughter and her hubby got a little baby goat at the local farmer's market..I have always wanted a pygmy or a dwarf goat...I might add...So since they lived in town at the time....Popcorn ( that's what they named her)

came to live with us ...

until they ( hubby and daughter ) found them a place in the country...So I/we got attached to this sweet little girl...

So then they found a house in the country and took their sweet baby to their new home in the country and I had to say Goodbye to her...that was last year...Wasn't she a cutie....Oh by the way she is part dwarf or maybe pygmy really dont know which one... and part faint breed of goat
So they took care of her very well I did go and visit her as often as I could...( I had other animals here on the farm - chickens, mini horse, ducks, and I am disabled) and they spoil her rotten

now its the new year...eventually during this new year of uncertainty ( 2020-virus hits)...they get also a little boy

Watermelon is his name...A beautiful blue eye boy...then daughter and her hubby decide to move out of state into town living and Popcorn and Watermelon

Come to live with us on the farm...by the way Watermelon is a Nigerian dwarf...at least I think that's what he is...So now I'm a officially a new goat owner...and I/we love them

                                                popcorn is all grown up

Watermelon is a sweet , smelly boy, lol

I am learning so much , but yet so much more to learn...So I decided to start this blog to take ya on my journey of learning about these sweet babies.....
